Returns Policy

We are an authorized dealer. We will accurately register your information on the warranty card and respond to your inquiries in good faith.

Therefore, returned products that are not defective will be discarded.
In consideration of environmental protection, we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
However, for products purchased via mail order only, if there is any damage, defect, or malfunction upon arrival, please contact us by email or phone within 2 days (including the day of arrival).
If there is a product you are interested in, please feel free to contact us before purchasing. We are committed to creating an environment where people can be tolerant of the natural environment. This is a service we provide to help you learn more about our products before discarding them.

Notes on cancellations, refunds and exchanges

Please note that cancellations, refunds and exchanges are not possible except in the following cases.

  • If the product is soiled or damaged
  • If tag accessories, protective stickers, etc. are lost
  • If the delivered product is different from the product you ordered
  • For products purchased in-store (if purchased in-store, we will check that the product is in working order before handing it over to you)

*We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot accept any inquiries regarding refunds or returns if more than two days have passed since delivery.

We will cancel your order in the following cases:

  • If you fail to make a bank transfer payment by the deadline.
  • When there is no prospect of securing the product due to the manufacturer having discontinued production or the arrival date being uncertain.
  • If the order is clearly for the purpose of resale.
  • If you specify a forwarding service as the delivery address for your product.
  • If the delivery address for the product is a hotel accommodation.
  • If your credit card company does not approve your request after reviewing your card.
  • If it is discovered that the user's personal information is false.
  • If the product is returned after the retention period has expired due to reasons such as absence after it has been shipped.
  • When there is a significant delay in receiving products from the manufacturer in relation to an order for a new product, etc.
  • In particular, if we deem it necessary to cancel your order.

If there is any damage or other accident during delivery, please contact us. We will send a new product as soon as possible, and we will cover both shipping and handling fees. Please note that in such cases, the person in charge at the shipping company may contact you directly. *However, we may not be able to exchange products that are out of stock.
