  • 2-year free warranty

    Customers who purchase MINASE products from our store receive a special authorized dealer warranty. We deliver products of guaranteed quality after conducting rigorous shipping inspections, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or adjust it free of charge in accordance with the following:
    The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
    When requesting repairs or adjustments to a product you have purchased, please be sure to present the warranty card.
    The warranty cannot be used for other products or lent to others. In addition, the warranty cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.

  • Overhaul discount coupon

    This is a service for customers who purchase MINASE from our store.
    We will be sending out "overhaul discount coupons" to customers who have purchased a MINASE product approximately 1.5 years or more after purchase.
    This discount coupon can be used when the customer who purchased the MINASE product requests maintenance directly from MINASE or when requesting maintenance at a MINASE dealer.
    Please note that the discount coupon can be used for "maintenance including overhaul." It does not apply to requests for replacement of exterior parts such as cases and belts, or internal parts such as glass and dials.

    Kyowa Seiko will handle maintenance (product repair and adjustment) and repolishing (re-polishing of the exterior) regardless of the period. Please contact us for details.

About the name engraving service

When you look at the DIVIDO from the front, you will notice that it has a skeleton on all four sides, which is a case-in-case structure. Furthermore, the case and lugs are disassembled, creating a polyhedral shape that would be impossible to achieve with a one-piece case. The DIVIDO2.0 (VM14 series) has undergone a minor change to a movement with a special rotor, making it a more durable watch.

This is MINASE's most impressive new work. The name of the Uruga collection is based on the Japanese word "beautiful." When Japanese people think of "beautiful," they think of elegance, nobility, and spiritual nobility. To explain it to people overseas, the jewels worn by royalty and nobility and the sparkle in the eyes of cool beauty Hollywood actresses are what we call "beautiful" in Japan.
To express this uniquely Japanese beauty, MINASE created the Uruga collection, which resembles the entire watch as a beautiful jewel, featuring a unique clamping structure in which the bezel, glass, and case are clamped between four claws from above and below.

Another distinctive feature of SEVEN WINDOWS is the ridges of the case, which are sharp like the edge of a Japanese sword.
The SALLAZ polishing technique, which manually pursues the opposing beauty of smoothness and sharpness, is truly a miracle of art. The inner case that holds the movement, the three-dimensional dial, and the three-dimensional indexes on the rings make the case-in-case structure look as if they are floating in mid-air, giving off an overwhelming presence that is truly original to MINASE.
