Customers who purchase MINASE products from our store receive a special authorized dealer warranty. We deliver products of guaranteed quality after conducting rigorous shipping inspections, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or adjust it free of charge in accordance with the following:
The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
When requesting repairs or adjustments to a product you have purchased, please be sure to present the warranty card.
The warranty cannot be used for other products or lent to others. In addition, the warranty cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.

This is a service for customers who purchase MINASE from our store.
We will be sending out "overhaul discount coupons" to customers who have purchased a MINASE product approximately 1.5 years or more after purchase.
This discount coupon can be used when the customer who purchased the MINASE product requests maintenance directly from MINASE or when requesting maintenance at a MINASE dealer.
Please note that the discount coupon can be used for "maintenance including overhaul." It does not apply to requests for replacement of exterior parts such as cases and belts, or internal parts such as glass and dials.

About name engraving <br/>We will engrave your name or a message on the rotating cone free of charge according to your request.
Unlike regular name engraving on the case back, this is a special service that is only possible with MINASE WATCH, as each watch is made individually. (*It will take about 10 days to complete.)
