Orient Star

In 1950, Tama Keiki Co., Ltd. was founded and began manufacturing wristwatches. The following year, in 1951, the company changed its name to Orient Watch Co., Ltd., and Orient Star, inspired by the image of a shining star, was born. Since then, it has continued to attract many watch fans as a full-fledged mechanical watch brand to this day. In 2017, it merged with Seiko Epson Corporation, with which it had cooperated for over 20 years to promote its business. A new era of mechanical watches began, while retaining the Orient Star brand and sincere attitude towards watchmaking.

M is the letter that represents a star cluster or nebula.
Like the stars that have spun together through the ages, we want to deliver value that will remain unchanging for a long time.
The M Collections were born from that idea. Each of the three collections has its own story.
Each design has its own distinctive character. Orient Star continues to evolve, promising even higher quality and performance.
