Free wrapping service (free)
Comptoine offers a heartfelt wrapping service for your precious gifts. We have a wide variety of wrapping paper to suit various occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas. You can choose a design that suits your image. We can also include a message card with your gift wrapping. If you handwrite your gratitude or congratulations on the message card, your feelings will be conveyed even more clearly.
Demagnetizing (free)
We often come into contact with objects that generate magnetism, such as mobile phones and computers, and there is a possibility that these objects may become magnetized even if you use them casually on a daily basis.
Depending on the structure, some watches are resistant to magnetism, but if they become magnetized, they may start to lose speed or stop.
*If your watch breaks down due to magnetism and you wish to have it repaired, the manufacturer may charge you for the repair.
Band adjustment/replacement (free)
We offer free size adjustments for straps (metal belts) purchased at our store. When you purchase a watch, we carefully fit it to your watch and adjust the size until you are satisfied with it before handing it over to you. We also adjust the size of leather belts, so please feel free to contact us.
