Comptoine Repair Service
We offer free size adjustments for straps (metal bands) purchased at Comptoine. When you purchase a watch, we carefully fit it to your watch and adjust the size until you are satisfied with it before handing it over to you. (This may take some time depending on the manufacturer.)

For products purchased at our store, we offer free services such as size adjustment, watch cleaning, and demagnetization . Please bring the warranty card issued when you purchased the watch at our store.
Repair warranty
Products repaired by Comptoine come with a 90-day repair guarantee. If your watch does not work properly or the time is significantly slower after an overhaul, please bring the product and a copy of the repair receipt to Comptoine. We will thoroughly repair and inspect the product again for 90 days.
