For three years from the date of signing up for the membership card, repairs can be made with a 1,000 yen exemption.

Compensation period and compensation amount
*The upper limit of compensation is set according to the purchase price, so whichever amount is lower will be applied. *Enrollment is only accepted at the time of purchase or delivery. The compensation period cannot be extended or renewed. *As a general rule, compensation is provided in kind and cannot be paid in cash. *Reference repair prices vary depending on the condition and manufacturer.
