For products purchased at our store, we offer free services such as size adjustment, watch cleaning, and demagnetization. Please bring the warranty card and your watch with you when you purchase your watch at our store.

1. Strap replacement Comptoine offers a wide variety of replacement straps. We will replace any straps (watch bands) purchased at our store free of charge.
We fit straps to match your watch, your everyday fashion and the seasonal feel.
We welcome you to bring your watch to our store so that you can enjoy your watch for a long time. We will provide clasps for the watch free of charge.
Please enjoy your watch according to your fashion and the season. We also make custom straps for watches with special shapes, so please feel free to contact us. (Depending on the manufacturer, it may take some time.) We also offer hole-drilling and short/long straps.

2.Exterior polishing

At Comptoine, we perform the necessary work to repair watches, such as cleaning metal straps, replacing spring bars, making glasses, and repairing folding buckles. Finishing polishing is the process of carefully polishing the watch with a buff. It is less effective on deep scratches such as dents, but most scratches are smoothed out and finished beautifully.
Light polishing involves buffing the surface in the same way as finish polishing, but the aim is to create a glossy or shiny finish.
We offer both satin and polished finishes, with a light polish recommended for antique watches.
